SpikeSmart needs permission to read blood glucose samples from Apple Health. If no readings appear, confirm that your CGM app writes glucose data to Apple Health and that SpikeSmart has permission to read it.
On iPhone, open the Health app, tap your profile picture, choose Apps, select SpikeSmart, and review its blood glucose permission. Apple may adjust these menu names between iOS releases.
About GMI estimates
GMI is an estimate derived from available glucose readings. Short or incomplete data windows may produce less representative results. SpikeSmart’s estimates and planning features are informational and are not a substitute for laboratory results or guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.
